Q: How long will it take you to remove my floor?

A: Not all flooring is the same, nor is it installed the same way. We have removed over 1000 SF of ceramic tile in one day, dust-free. Sometimes it takes longer depending on a lot of variables. We try to do a good job and not rush through it, because we feel that is more important than being the fastest Company to ever remove a floor. At the same time, we value your time and will be diligent in our efforts. 

Q: Do you haul away all the debris?
A: Yes, we have a very large dump trailer that can hold all the flooring we remove from your home or business. Our pricing includes haul away and all the dump fees. No hidden fees or tricks!

Q: Another guy we talked to said he is the only truly dust-free removal company in the whole state of Arizona. Is this true?
A: This is a lie. He is very good at what he does, but so are we. He likes to brag a lot and charge a lot for his services. Don’t get taken!

Q: Another guy we talked to said that using a grinder to remove thinset or glue will ruin my concrete floor.
A: This is not true. There will be a slight scratch pattern in the floor, but it also helps to flatten high spots as it grinds. Manual scrapers to remove thinset can leave marks too, but they do not help to flatten the floor at all and the process is super dusty.

A: Every type of flooring from ceramic tile, porcelain tile, carpet, natural stone, Saltillo, Wood flooring, vinyl, and laminate.
